    Our passion lies in helping others and giving back to the community at every opportunity. Our Academy has been built to share our expertise in HR & OD and enhance the capabilities of managers. 

    This in turn will create efficiencies through less administrative time for our Consultancy resource, less time for clients try to wade through matters; in turn we will, and encourage our clients to do the same, give back to our local community causes in time and in donations as the Academy successfully grows.

    Our Academy forms part of our total client experience and is embedded as a product in our service lines and how all our work is about enabling client growth through great HR and OD practice.

    You Consultancy is leading the way through developing comprehensive and accredited leadership and management modular development programmes that have been independently verified by The Institute of Leadership & Management (TILM). 

    The programmes embrace core aspects of what leaders and managers encounter on a day to day basis as they manage their people. Learners are guided through a vibrant, thought provoking, real-time, supportive experience that progress their capabilities as people managers

    You Consultancy’s specifically designed people management development programmes have been Institute Approved for our learners and meets their evidence-based standards, the Five Dimensions of Leadership: Authenticity, Vision, Achievement, Ownership and Collaboration.

TILM Associate Level Middle Managers Programme

For over a decade, we have been supporting, advising and guiding managers in an array of Human Resource (HR) and Organisational Development (OD) matters. A key component often missing for them, is how they are equipped with the right tools, techniques, knowledge and experience (gained in a safe environment) to proactively and effectively cope with the needs and wants of the organisations' most important asset… their people! We have designed a programme comprising of 4 courses, where each connects to the next and holistically embraces the life cycle of employment, and the internal and external organisational environment. Our content proactively and meaningfully covers core aspects of what operational managers commonly encounter on a day-to-day basis. With blended learning methods and knowing that time is precious, our web based (or facilitated classroom style) programme can be delivered at a steady pace, with access to cohort group support, TILM membership and resources, 6 coaching sessions to utilise as required throughout the programme, and guided learning assistance.
